We have many years of expertise in technical support for guitar players. We will do everything from mending a scratchy potentiometer to a full, customised to your specifications, rewire.

We are happy to diagnose a fault on your guitar free of charge, and give you an estimate for the repair work in our shop, if it is possible for us to do so. We undertake all guitar electrical work ourselves, to the highest of standards.

Contact us concerning any ideas for your guitar's electrical array. We are happy to rewire to your personal specifications if required. This includes Pickup installation, which we will configure as you wish. We sell Bare Knuckle Pickups (Highly recommended!) and Seymour Duncan from stock but we are happy to install any sets that you have purchased elsewhere.

Any guitar purchased directly from us is professionally set up to its best advantage - i.e. you could take it from our shop straight to a gig.

This is of course included in the price of all of the guitars that we sell. We also offer set ups to guitars brought into the store, either because they are due for a set up, or because they have been purchased from an internet bargain outlet where the price may not include a set up.

We are always happy to advise on the options available. Charge for Standard Set Up on guitars brought to us: £40.00 + parts.

We are positively obsessed with good tone, and if you are unhappy with yours, we are happy to provide a consultation service.

This may include a diagnosis of your equipment, as poor tone maybe due to a repairable fault.

However to achieve your desired tone, you may need to customise your gear, and we can advise on this also, and in most cases, provide the modification hardware, and perform the customisation ourselves.
